I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter and they were too big. I went with a friend and she was told she could return the shoes and gray money back. Well that’s not the case have to get store credit. I didn’t plan and don’t plan to go back there. The owner told me I cussed her employee, which I did not. She said she had it on a recorded line. Which is highly illegal to record someone with out their knowledge. When I asked what I said she couldn’t tell me. I told her my husband was in the car and my son. My husband didn’t hear my say anything and I don’t cuss in front of my son. She still could not tell me what I said. So, if you do call be aware I guess she records the calls without prior knowledge. So, just a heads up.
