I was in the process of buying a truck and I had done the application and was going by this afternoon when I got off work to go over everything and the man called and said he had sold the truck. Not very happy how they sold the truck right out from under me when I was in the process of buying it

Bought a 2010 Buick from the ballpark auto in 2022 and the engine just locked up in August 2023. Be carful before you get a car from this place. Now she is stuck with payments and a car that doesn’t run. This is going on Instagram. and Facebook.

Pretty much useless. The guy on the lot didn't seem to care whether he sold the car or not. I wanted to look at a car and it was dead as a hammer.

I am an insurance agent who works for a local company. I called Ballpark Auto as a marketing visit (due to us doing everything virtual) and spoke with Bruce who had a very unpleasant attitude and was nasty. After I explained to him what our company could offer them and that I was bilingual as well he made sure to tell me there are other companies out there that are offering better which is fine by me but the attitude was not needed. Us agents aren’t allowed to go out in the field due to COVID and the last thing we need are rude car salesmen picking up the phone for a business they are representing.

First time going through this Auto Car Sales. The gentleman that helped us was very nice. We bought a 2013 Jeep Patriot. The only thing that did not work was the radio. We paid to have the radio fixed. Ball Park offered to help pay. I'm not recommending because of the radio situation. I'm recommending because we actually bought a used vehicle that is in good condition.

I really enjoyed my visit. Bought a 2013 jeep patriot for a very fair price. Bruce took care of me and I would recommend him anytime. He even helped pay for a new radio since the one inthe car wasn't working.

We travelled over 400 miles to purchase the “perfect car” for our son from Ballpark Autos. We were impressed with their customer service, from telephone conversations to the sell itself. Lucas and Bruce were professional and eager to help answer any questions we had. We were also impressed with the 2,000-mile warranty they offer on each car they sell. When we got almost back home, the “service engine soon” light came on. Being so far away from their dealership didn’t give me the option to take it back to them to have serviced. I called Bruce and he immediately encouraged me to take it to our local trusted mechanic to be checked out. Just a few short weeks later, we are back on the road. Ballpark Autos covered the repair and made the situation so much less stressful. Thank you, Ballpark Autos! We fully recommend your business!

This company is a fraud. The owner and the workers just want to make a sell. The owner stated to me he likes to buy cheaps cars. I feel its not a problem buying cheap cars but make sure the product is reliable for people trying to rebuild there credit. It makes no sense to buy a 10,000 car drive it for a two months then have to repair something for 4,000 and have other repairs. This issue was also brought to the owner and man that sold me the car attention. They told me so many lies it was ridiculous. This car was wrecked and they lied about it. I later found out after all the issues it was having. They doctored the car and paper work up so I couldn't find out just to make a sell. Now Im stuck with a lemon and something I don't want to pay for.If anyone plans on doing business with these liars do your research. But I strongly suggest to keep it moving. Its not worth the bs it may cause later. You people need to stop trying to get over on people. But hey I guess its the "American Way". No need for a response back at this time I could care less.*Response from the owner a week ago*Not sure who you are, you've never done business with us, at least not under this name. Are you sure you have the right place?**Of course this is the right place. This is my experience with Ballpark. Ive tried to handle this situation with the owner. I also spoke wth the older white man that sold me the car. My observations and experiences still stand with this company. This is very bad business sir.
