Heather and her team are the very best! Do not waste your time or money at the chain stores or even local stores in our area that boast about their large inventory. We have dealt with both but never will again. It's only Avis Fine Jewelry for us. They truly go above and beyond in all aspects of customer service. Trust them for all of your jewelry needs from watch batteries to those special fine jewelry pieces.

The women are great. They went the extra mile for me. No jewelry store in Lexington could or would help with finding the jewelry I was looking for. They found what I wanted and ordered it so I would have the next day. Will definitely be returning for jewelry needs.

I took a vintage piece to be smoothed on the inside and polished on the outside. When I got it back, the details on the outside of the ring were gone, covered in new silver. Inside was smooth as was requested, new silver as well. I am disappointed in the ring, as the details (tiny flowers) can no longer be seen. I was told it would “ look like new”- nope, looks like “totally different ring”.***New details*** the kind staff are going to try and find the pattern and redo the ring-above and beyond. Thank you for recognizing how precious this is to me!!!***

Absolutely amazed!!!I dropped my engagement ring off to be cleaned since it's never been done in the 5 years I've had it. When I picked it up I was blown away! It looked brand new!!! While we were there picking it up we found the perfect wedding band to match!! Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere!!

Awesome customer service!! Our daughter in law bent her ring days before the wedding. Avis not only fixed the ring back to perfect condition but made sure she had it for her bridal photos at a very reasonable price! ❤️❤️
