“I went to Oriley auto parts for a new car battery. The man at the counter charged me the installation fee and then told me to go have someone else install it. I went to Advanced Auto parts which is literally 100 feet away. They installed the battery for free. I went back to Orileys and got my $22 back. I honestly don't think the employee thought I was coming back from the disappointment on his face. I'm coming here the next time I need something for my car.”

“Stopped in for some windshield wiper blades. The manager is the one who came up to help me. (Adam, I believe) He checked for the blades I needed and the inventory in the system didn’t match what they had in store, leaving me with just one of the two I needed. Adam apologized and gave me a higher rated blade for the same price which I really appreciated. He offered to put them on and carried on friendly conversation as he did. (He didn’t seem annoyed as some auto parts employees are when they do things for you)The only feedback as far as improvement would be to not lay the purchased items on the vehicles. I am very cautious with my car and that made me nervous. But he was excellent and would recommend others go to this location.”
