We enlisted Adams furniture to build a custom bed that needed a few modifications to accommodate one of our animals. Communications from the start was not very responsive with usually several days or even a week passing before we would receive a response while working out the design.Upon receiving the bed (which we do feel is nice fine quality) there was a section where the fabric was torn and we were told upon delivery another side frame would be made. Unfortunately this is where things went very down hill. For the next 3 MONTHS we sent multiple emails and phone calls inquiring about the status of the replacement and not once did we get a response.Finally after 3 months of waiting someone reached out in regards to our replacement.For a small/ local business operation that should pride itself on customer service Adams Furniture came up very short. The bed itself looks great but after the experience in communication with the design and upon arrival/replacement I would not go through the hassle again.Service: Custom furniture

Ordered two custom dining room chairs at the Atlanta furniture market on 12 Oct 2019. Put half down. Was told they would be done in 3 weeks (we are picking them up in NC, so not a shipping issue). Finally called them Nov 10th. Was told they would check and get back to me the next day. The next week I get a call saying they are working on them and they should be done the next week and they would call me......you guessed it.....no call. Now I don't have two end chairs for Thanksgiving dinner. Recommend find someone else.

I have had a very good experience with my first purchase of 2 custom headboards and a horrible experience with a custom made dining table. I have called multiple times asking for an update and no one seems to care that i am not getting any updates on the delivery of the table. Six times i have been promised a call and as to today, 6.6.19, still no call. Bad service. And, yes, the table has already been paid in full.
