Just bought a jayco flight 264 bh.
Very friendly staff, and very knowledgeable about there campers. I would highly recommend terrell camping center for your first or next camper. They are down to earth honest people that will help you anyway they can..plus jayco campers are built tuff!

Pay heed to the negative reviews. This dealership did us wrong in 2015. Service guy said all repairs would be fixed- after we hauled it back to them, but nothing was fixed.

Salesman was more interested in going to lunch than selling me a camper...oops! bought one elsewhere.
(My Reply to why 1 star) No your salesman gave me directions out to the yard and said 2nd and 3rd on the left, that's it! I was thoroughly lost out there and had lots of questions but your/his loss.

Amazing communication with the dealership during the purchase process. Honest, up front pricing that was the best we found in several states, no hidden fees or up charges. Our experience was great from start to finish. I have no worries about service to our trailer if we need anything in the future.

We have purchased 2 Jayco 5th wheels from Terrell Camping Center since 2017 and have had positive experiences with each purchase. While the purchase experience was very positive, what stands out more to me is the after-purchase service. There are always questions and “kinks” with a new RV, and Terrell has excelled in answering and solving each. Bobby in their service department always goes above and beyond to ensure issues are resolved properly!

Very pleased with my purchase from here. Being around the car business myself it was very easy to get straight to the point with Randy as far as where I wanted to be price wise with the specific camper I was looking at, no sales games or gimmicks which is what I appreciated. The ladies in the service department were super friendly along with everyone else in the service department I met on my delivery day. Had a small issue with the stove which was no fault of theirs and it was handled promptly. Joel was very knowledgeable and helpful upon my demo viewing the camper. Hats off to him. From start to finish I appreciate their attention to detail and you can tell they care about what they do on a daily basis, keep up the good work.

While I have no experience with the sales Dept., I have had extensive contact with Brian in the parts Dept. His knowledge is second to none when it comes to knowing what items are best for the DIY repair guy like me. He gives multiple choice options, price levels, tips and advice on about any RV related repair you can think of. Prices are comparable to other RV parts stores, but there are some items that can be found less expensive in the big box stores.

We made an appointment for our fifth wheel repairs. She gave us a day but not a specific time. When we arrived at 11am we were given a rude lecture about how we were supposed to be there at 9. She never said that. She was VERY rude and unprofessional.We live full time in our RV and we made sure they knew that we would need it back as quickly as possible. 5 working days later we still hadn't heard anything, so I called. They hadn't even gotten the estimate done yet. She said they were waiting to hear about a part. We went to pick it up because we couldn't wait any longer. She said they were having a hard time finding the cabinet colors, even though my husband clearly stated that the cabinets didn't need to match because we were going to be painting them.She said she would send an estimate using similar cabinets. It's been almost two months and we haven't heard a word. Definitely will be taking our fifth wheel elsewhere.
