Took my car at the suggestion of a family member. He changed a coil pack and 4 spark plugs, no issues I knew the other 3 were going to have to be changed, no problems until it stalled out 2 days later then I find out after its was towed to the dealership that he put in the wrong spark plugs, bought this to his attention so I wouldn't have to completely pay for two set of spark plugs and he said the dealership likes to charge for the expensive plugs and did not offer to make it right. I will not be spending anymore of my money at this establishment. I was very disappointed with my experience.

They have had my daughters car in January and still not fixed. Want answer the phone and when you go by there they avoid them. Bill.has been paid and car nowhere to be found..
