“My husband was in a motor vehicle accident on Monday around 4:30 PM. The following day (Tuesday) around 2:30 PM, we visited the lot to retrieve items that were still inside his vehicle. Unfortunately, we were initially informed that the key to his car had been lost less than 24 hours after towing, so we were a little distraught.
However, I am so happy to share that the company followed through on their commitment to search for the key! They called me this morning (Wednesday) to let me know that they had found it, and we can now go pick it up. I truly appreciate their responsiveness and effort in resolving this issue.
