When I bought the van , i was told they would replace the broken back windshield wiper. It's been six months and still no replacement. I'm still waiting on the promise .

WARNING, WARNING! ABSOLUTE CON ARTIST. THE OWNER GEORGE NDU WILL LIE, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. LIE AFTER LIE. MILITARY MEMBERS STAY AWAY.-Contacted the owner Mr. Ndu of the business about a van my grandparents needed for parts. Specifically asked if the color of the parts van was the exact color code of grandparents van. Owner said it was the exact color. Agreed on a price of $900 dollars. Sent $400 down-payment via cashapp. Was quoted a shipping fee of $200 to have it delivered next day which turned out to be a made up shipping fee. Took over a week of unkept promises to have it finally delivered for $300. We agreed we would take the difference of the shipping out of the original amount. So $800 for the van, and $300 for shipping. Again I sent the $300 shipping fee in advance on good faith. Van was delivered while I was at work, but again in good faith I paid the remaining $400. $1100 total for this parts van. When I get there to see the van, it is not the color that was promised. So this parts van that I specifically was buying for the color of the parts can not be used. The first question i ever asked this man, i was blatantly lied to. Not the correct color and panels cannot be used without being painted which is very costly. Not to mention it had a salvage title and that was never even mentioned. When confronted over the phone I asked for a $200 refund to help pay to get parts painted. He said he was very sorry and that he would send the refund. Over a week later he has now refused to send the $200, and said he would only send $100. Still nothing has been sent. He makes excuses saying that he ran out of money or is sick. So a business owner can't send a refund that was promised via cashapp because he "ran out of money" or is sick. Makes no sense. The owner George Ndu is a liar, thief and con artist. Do yourself a favor and do not do business here.

If I could it would be no stars. Horrible customer service and horrible boss. Allows his partner to use the employees and when she gets mad you have to kiss up to her just to keep your job. Just a horrible place. Cars are not worth the price. Don't put your love ones in their vehicle's.

By far the worst Place to buy a car or take a car I wouldn’t Recommend this place to my worst enemy!!The customer service is really bad ,his mechanic is the absolute worst (you will be sitting on the side of the rode) and for your protection do not pay this man in cash pay with credit because he will try to rip you off. This african man is a professional liar and will not be honest with you and just wants your money and thats all!!!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Saw this place was selling cars online through Craigslist. Tried emailing them several times about a car and called and left messages about the car as well. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM! If the car was already sold you're supposed to remove it from Craigslist and common courtesy would have been to call the number I left and tell me it was sold!

This is one of the greatest places to go and purchase a car moreover the mechanic is absolutely magnificant Lawrence is very knowledgeable fast efficient accurate patient understanding and knows his stuff he's very professional and I would recommend anyone to him for inspection / car repair if he tells you something is wrong with your vehicle best believe that's what it is there was no worries when I took my car to him he took care of my car and explain to me every step of the way what was going on he broke it down to me in a language that I can understand if I could give a thousand stars I would I will be returning back for car repairs!
