Maybe someone can help me understand something. I visited this Walmart supercenter to look at truck tires, which they had on display. Nowhere on the display tag did it say the tire needed to be ordered online. It also was missing information on the tread life. So I spoke to a representative behind the counter, who told me that she didn’t know She tells me that it has to be ordered online. I reiterate what I mentioned above that nowhere on the tag does it say the tire has to be ordered online, specifically my tire size. So she said that they probably carry other tires online. I gave her different tire sizes and still she was not able to provide me with the tread life. Not to mention that she also seem to have attitude. If you’re not there to work, stay at home and collect your check there.?

Just completely taken back by what just happened. Lady who was working in the garden register at the Walmart on Tarboro.... was beyond disrespectful my kids which is disrespectful to me!
My kids were thirsty, they had asked if they could get some water from the drink cooler by the check out, which I said they could be causes it's super hot and humid today. She out of no where , yelled no and shut the door on my kid. I asked her why they couldn't get a water? And she didn't/wouldn't answer.. I told them to get a water and I left.
I'm beyond upset with this place...
It's always something here

Have literally been standing in line at customer service to exchange something for 30 minutes. One lady at the desk. Literally watched managers and employees standing at the desk watching her try to handle this line and offer no help! Shameful!!! Smh

Walmart is one of my favorite stores. Walmart have some reasonable prices and more. I shop at Walmart anytime. Walmart just need to start back staying open 24 hours.

This is the worst Walmart ever . From upstate New York . To Chicago then living in South Dakota . For periods of time to work . And had to go to a local Walmart. I come home . And this is the worst Walmart ever . Just try to get threw on the phone to get a pickup or ask a question . They never ever pick up in absolutely No department. Straight hood . I only had 1 question and been trying for 2 days to get threw . No answer now I have to drive there Smfh. Wish I had any of those other states I call home I have to be stuck with the worst customer services Walmart . That there is just try to call nobody will pick up no time of day from morning nor evening nor night .
