If I could give a 0 I would the worst pharmacy I ever visited my son is schizophrenic I had to go to emergency room and get medicine in they claim his insurance wouldn't pay for it they wanted me to pay out of pocket I refuse to pay out of pocket they kicked out there system refused to help this the worst place to go get prescription fill I try t transfer them to drug Co next door they transfer 1 insurance paid for that one with no problem

I've Been waiting on a prescription since yesterday for my son who is sick at home with the flu ...They closed early today without telling anybody now my child have to go another day without started his meds ..walgreens is unorganized smh

Joke. The place is slow. Could drive across county and get your prescriptions faster. Drive thru wait everytime is no less than 15 minute wait no matter if you are the only car in line. inside service is no faster.

Went to the urgent care with my daughter and the doc sent meds and called them to let them know iflt was coming. They stop filling prescription after 730.... They have had my daughters prescription all day since last night and they still don't have it filled. Why would people us them. My daughter is sick and I'm still waiting on meds for her from them... Also the people in the pharmacy are rude.....

Slow, rude and uncaring! Worst drive thru service ever! They don't even look at you they hide to the side of the window. Not much better when you go inside to the pharmacy they are still rude and slow.

I will be changing my prescriptions to some place other than Walgreens..I called in 5 different prescriptions and they only had one ready..said there's no record of them being called in..I called them in a week ago so they would have enough time to fill them..nope...and the sad thing is it's not the first time but it sure will be the LAST...

Slowest pharmacy around. Multiple trips from 35 mins away just to find out they have filed under the wrong insurance the whole time. Will be looking at another pharmacy

MULTIPLE incidences of receiving wrong prescription, late prescriptions, needing to make repeated trips to pharmacy to obtain meds.Current issue: antibiotic ordered 8 days ago, have now made 5 trips to pharmacy and still have not received my medication. "We tried to order it, It hasn't come in yet, We're short-staffed so you'll need to come back, We don't have it (followed immediately by offering me 10 pills), and now, on day 8, The pharmacist is at lunch."My infection has continued getting worse & causing more pain but Walgreens staff obviously don't care. I'm going back to my doctor and probable IV antibiotics due to Walgreens malpractice.

This store is ridiculous! Only n Tarboro. They keep you waiting in drive thru line. Forever I called to confirm elderly aunt's scripts were ready for pickup. I get there, wait patiently and I tell hard of hearing drive thru cashier that pickup should include scripts pharmacy just filled. Please check all there. She said it's all here. I leave after waiting drove to aunt's house and meds are not allthere I have to then call pharmacy back and since y'all waited so late to fill the scripts she has to do without until tomorrow . She has congestive heart with edema and her heart Dr wanted her to start new scripts today. Well that's not gonna happen because store is closed. Thanks for nothing , my extra gas expensemy aunt's health. Thanks for going that extra mile GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Update next day wasted another 45 minutes in line at drive thru while clerk mumbled and did another customers order. And what happened to thanks for your business have a nice day. Transfer your scripts people

Jesus Christ, their pharmacy team is just ridiculous! Clearly no leadership or guidance and ZERO teamwork and have no comprehension of how to multitask!Shouldn’t even be able to leave a star... because that would indicate that they are somewhat decent in their field and that is continuously not the case.....
