Our vehicle slid off an exit ramp and down a tricky embankment. There was no damage but we were stuck in a mess of thorns and mud. One towing service showed up, and wouldn't do the job. Chris from Sammy's Towing was sent out by our insurance to take up the job. Chris never doubted that he could retrieve our car, knew exactly what to do, and we were back on the road in less than an hour. Not a scratch on the car either! I will never use another towing service in eastern NC but Sammy's!Service: Car towing

I usually don’t do reviews but I have to share my wonderful experience with this company. I was involved in a car accident this morning anyone who has had an accident knows how nerve wrecking it can be. I called my insurance company and they sent Sammy’s Towing to tow my car to its destination. Mr. Avis was my driver I can’t begin to tell you the level of professionalism Mr. Avis possesses! His arrival was quick he cleaned up the car scene accident upon his arrival. And on top of all of that he allowed me to be a passenger to my cars destination. Unknowingly to him he eased the stress of my accident! His customer service, mannerisms, love for his job and people was exemplified! Sammy’s towing is the definition of Southern Hospitality! Thank you for your service Mr. Avis and Sammy’s Towing!
