I'm giving them 5 stars because they were willing to see me on a Monday morning with a sick kitten that showed up at my doorstep over the weekend. Of course it was expensive but what vets office isn't? It simply costs money to take care of an animal properly. I'm so grateful for the advice & now it seems as if I have been adopted by my Lil' Buddy.

First, let me say that I am thankful for the last-minute appt. Being a new resident with a sick cat is never good. The staff was excellent, and Dr. Barnhill was very reassuring and informative. I appreciated the follow-up phone call for an update. Thank you, Dr. Barnhill and staff.

VERY EXPENSIVE! Due to our puppy taking a hard fall we took her to the closest nearby vet. She ended up needing an x-ray as well as bloodwork (requested by the vet as to be expected) and due to white blood cell count being alittle high she prescribed an antibiotic. One x-ray found the issue and medication for potential infection was given anyway. Total bill was one THOUSAND dollars for x-Ray and medication. Our primary vet charges $50 for x-rays and affordable pricing for medications so this is absolutely mind blowing. The receptionist responded to our questions with “business is business” …… Always ask for pricing before your pet is seen because we learned prices range drastically for the same services. I usually wouldn’t post a negative review.

This vet is by far the most expensive vet ive ever been to. Don't know if anyone else has had this experience. It seems they did far more than necessary in an attempt to upcharge. When I questioned the price I was told quote "it's just business" and they offered to take back the medicine my dog needed for $200 off of the $1000 bill.

Literally the only vet to not accept care credit. Ridiculous. Get with the times and also get a new receptionist who doesn’t have an attitude when you are facing an emergency with your pet!
