Unprofessional and lazy to put it mildly. I called and made an appointment to see a banker. When I arrive there I was told that the banker is out to pickup her vehicle from a shop - in the middle of a work day and while a customer is on their way to see you? What a joke.

I hate going inside Sylva NC branch Friday April 9th I had go in take care couple transactions. Another customer came up stood to my right talking loudly on his phone. Very disturbing to me I could not hear my teller cause of him. I look behind me no one in line I said to this rude other customer that's where the line is. He started verbally abusing threating call police on me. Yet continue standing there not one banking staff ask him get in line they allow him continue standing to right of me verbally abusing me. I'm trying count my cash to verify I had right amount and this customer standing next to me seeing me count my cash making me very nervous and still talking I so upset and nervous my hand was shaking. After my count I told teller I'm 200$ short he took cash ran back thru machine wrote total on paper show me total. I say my self WOW he expect me take the machine count what he say it was I told teller I don't trust machines lady boss I guess told him to hand count to me. after he gave back to me I hand count again myself to verify total all this while this rudely other customer standing right of me. I so upset when I got home I realized I had not made another deposit transaction. If this other customer next in line after me why bank staff allow him stand to my right he should been in line behind me or sitting in a chair somewhere. The bank staff all heard witness what we said to each other yet done nothing. Oh they say other customer Thanks for waiting patiently. Again WOW.

DONT EVER BANK WITH WELLS FARGO! They will bundle all of your expenses together and tell you that you can’t pay one portion over the other even though the special promotions apply to the separate balances!!!They are crooks and their customer service is rude and unhelpful!! I don’t knit anyone at this bank but I will find as many Wells Fargo banks as I can and post this same warning to all-GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Zoe is the most hateful person I have ever met. I wish she was an atm that didn't give me my money. At least a f****** box doesn't look like I ruined her day politely asking for deposit. em Emily is the best though

The only bank that is stupid enough to call the law on me and my husband because he has tattoos. For your information the tattoos are our children's names. It's not nice at all to judge people by the way they look, y'all should be ashamed! We have worked faithfully for that man and we are honest people. We would surely NEVER rob him and he knows that!!! My husband only walked in to check on him because he was in there for so long. I was on the phone talking to his doctor about his appointment. Sorry bank that judges people by the way they look as soon as they walk in the door and then calls the law on them......better not have tattoos and try to bank there because they will try and have you arrested!!!!!!

Great people working for a slime ball Corporation! I really hope all the nice people here can get a job at a different bank because pretty soon these locations will be up for rent! I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to bank at Wells Fargo go to Chase it's a Small Step Up from slimy Fargo
