Came in two days ago to get a battery replaced, Nick at the front desk seemed reluctant to help me with my battery after I paid 300 dollars for one. He only did so after the manager overheard it, I think better customer service should be addressed at this location.

They burned me for $50… I bought a $50 can of Freon here at the O’Reillys in Sylva NC today went home and it turns out that it was not what i needed for my car so I went to return it unused and they refused to give me a refund do to the fact that it was opened from its packaging even though I did not use one drop of it….
The same gentleman that sold it to me 15 minutes before refused the refund

This is hands down the only auto place I will go to in the future! Dave, the tech there, was so freaking amazing and helped explain issues I was having with my car that I had suspicions was related to my battery. my battery died this morning and I had to call people crying trying to get a jump. When I got a mechanic out to come put and get my car started, I came to the store and Dave was able to find my receipt from 2021 showing I had bought my battery here and it was in warranty! The cold snaps we've been having had been draining the battery pretty harsh and I was concerned it may be my alternator. Dave was able to test everything out and it was just a bad battery. Dave, you are literally saved my day <3

Visited the location in Sylva,NC and the staff was very helpful and professional. The assistant manager Dave was very helpful in diagnosing my friend's Jaguar. The store was very clean inside and out. Will be a repeat customer. Also thanks to the other employee who helped my friend as well. Sorry I didn't get his name.

where to start, since the new manager has taken over. I have witnessed a complete disrespect towards customers and the only female employee in the store, There is a level of discrimination by the store manager Scotty, he is very rude to here and i have first hand knowledge that he has no respect for her yrs of service and knowledge. I have also witnessed Scotty start helping customers and then walks off leaving customer standing alone, Scotty has no respect for any of the employees, I have been in my career for over 30 yrs and have never seen such laziness and disrespect from a manager. not to mention the lies and lack of knowledge that he shows on a daily.

Allyson has helped me twice at the Sylva location and has been so kind and helpful. Everyone I have encountered there has been great. This is one of my auto stores of choice locally for sure.
