I’ve used pawn shops up and down the coast and from the west to the the east…basically all over this entire country for the last thirty some-odd years and I absolutely LOVE these guys!
They are the most kind hearted pawn brokers I’ve ever met in my life. They held my jewelry well past the 90 days required because they knew I was coming back for but that I was just going through a rough time.
If they got rid of your stuff, you must’ve not communicated with them or..?..something I NEVER had a problem with them

Big warning!!!!!! Do not go. This is the worst shop in pawn history. Outrageous Prices old man always low balls you tried selling my PS4 and jewelry only wanted to give me 100 when GameStop gives you 180 total for the system it self they will give you nothing for everything in a pandemic they aren’t friendly to out of town people if you have an out of state id I wouldn’t go go to the other pawn shop near roses best recommend

Middleton pawn is one of the worst pawn shops there is. I would never recommend them. I have pawned for years to places I know how pawning works. First of all to start from the beginning, my husband pawned his PS3 and remote with plug to them for 20 dollars on January 27th 2020. So he goes in on March 27th to pay to get it back which the due date was 2/26/2020 it would cost 24.40 by 3/28/2020 which is TOMARROW. Ok I read the bottom fine print. It states on our part we must redeem on or before the maturity date yes but it also States they shall retain in their possession the pledged good for 30 days after the maturity date of the owner transaction. now after it sais we must redeem on or before the maturity date which is the due date it sais of the pawn transaction set out in the pawn ticket may be redeemed by us within 30 day AFTER the maturity date of the pawn transaction by the payment of the original agreed redemption price. Well the forfeit date states tomarrow 3/28/2020. Now the rude part and bad part is when my husband went in there today day B4 forfeit date the woman changed the dates on it. She changed the forfeit date and reprinted a new pawn ticket saying 2/28 not 3/28. Also it states on the contract if pawn ticket is lost they can not print a new one unless we make a written statement that it is lost and they didn't do that. Also in bold letters it states ANY PERSONAL PROPERTY PLEDGED TO A PAWNBROKER WITHIN THIS STATE IS SUBJECT TO SALE OR DISPOSAL WHEN THERE HAS BEEN NO PAYMENTS MADE ON THE ACCOUNT FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS AFTER THE MATURITY DATE(DUE DATE) OF THE OAWN TRANSACTION AND NO FURTHER NOTICE IS NECESSARY. So that explains it all right there. Now when he went to get it back they said they sold it and that they don't hold for 60 days. Apparently they don't know their own contract because I read it very clearly plus like I said I've pawned for years and know when I loose stuff if I ever do. Another thing they sold my husband another PS3 and remote for 30 dollars no receit that had no face on it said I'll put one together got home and it would not work and the bottom had a huge knife mark on it like it was stabbed and they didn't give us a receit. So I'm very mad and my husband is going tomarrow to either get his money Bak on the junk they sold him or give him his PS3 Bak or we will take measures in court. But Do not use them unless u really know what u r doing but u won't sell or buy nething cuz they r junk. I'm reporting them to BBB better business bureau as well but thought I'd write this to save someone the trouble like we had sorry so long just mad.

Very rude employees, Plaza Pawn much friendlier and customer service oriented. This pawn shop is only oriented towards older men.

The guy that runs this place in my opinion has got to be one of the most sarcastic unintelligent person that I've ever dealt with as far as a pawn shop goes! Stopped in there to do a loan for 2 days own up almost $600 Nikon DSLR camera and he refused to do the loan because I did not have the $10 battery charger!! Not that I would not have picked up my camera but if I would have faulted on a $100 loan for a $600 camera over a $10 battery charger me how stupid is one got to be I would recommend any other pawn shop other than this one if I had to drive 100 miles in the opposite direction of this one it would well be worth the drive advise stay away from this place
