Filing taxes can be very stressful. By default of horrible and incompetent service of another local well known tax filing agency I ended up at Liberty. I cannot stress how much better my experience was at Liberty!! Today is April 15 and every tax preparation agent at Liberty treated everyone with respect and dignity. My identity had been stolen( even taxes filed a couple of weeks ago in my name). The other agency said it was just someone entering a social security number wrong- blew it off. They are so very wrong! The other agency did not care, actually treated me as an offender today instead of a victim, and I am actually disgusted by the agent and supervisor. Shame on them! Thank you Liberty in Sylva - it ended up being my blessing to leave the other tax preparer.
