What a great find in downtown Sylva! The shop was lovely and had a good selection of products from which to choose. I was able to grab a couple of Christmas gifts (never too early). The woman working there was so kind and pleasant, which was refreshing after visiting some of the other shops downtown. I would definitely shop here again!

Cute little shop and one of my favorite kinds! However, the lady working was quite belittling when I took a picture in the store of a flannel shirt to send to my husband for his thoughts on it. This is literally all it was. Completely overreacting. ?

Cute shop located at the entrance to the Sylva Main Street area. Lots of quaint, useful products. Sadly one of the ladies who worked there was upset we searched Amazon for a product. And she sure let us know. We were checking to insure the price wasn’t jacked up, as often happens. We try to buy local but also don’t want to be taken advantage of. She was outright rude. My friend purchased the item we were checking and I put all my stuff back. Sad situation because I really like the shop.

Wonderful store! The ladies are a great help from the moment you walk in the door. Friendly and very professional.
Beautiful clothes for women and men. I have found several wedding gifts and baby shower gifts. Last weekend we had a chocolate chip cheesecake. Lots of specialty snacks to enjoy. I highly recommend this store.

Jackson’s General Store is the best place to find gifts for all ages! Crystal, Denna, and staff are welcoming, kind, and ready to help their customers in any way they can. The store has a rustic charm and is always kept clean and tidy. If you are near Sylva, stopping at Jackson’s General Store is a must!!! They also have an app where you can buy products online if you are like me and don’t live nearby. Ordering on the app is simple and easy - items are pack well and delivered quickly. If I could give Jackson’s more than 5 stars I would!!!

I have shopped for gifts from the store for family/friends for over 15 years. Great selection of home decor, kitchen gadgets, men's/women's clothing and accessories, baby toddler gifts.

I asked if they had a nice little gift bag for the Christmas present I bought my sister and their reply was that they did not give bags out unless you spend $20. I have been all over Franklin, Clayton, Highlands, and Sylva shopping for presents and this is the first time I have been told this. All the local shops put the gifts in a bag of some sort with a ribbon which is such a nice touch and makes the shopping experience so much better and positively memorable. Jackson’s you may want to reconsider this added touch to your service. My brother, Mother, and myself will shop elsewhere when buying gifts in the future.
