Too expensive for gluing small piece of rubber back on a shoe Couldn't have taken more than five minutes in my opinion

I have probably had over 50 business transactions with Fitzgerald over many years. I am a "shoe guy" who invests in leather shoes that deserve maintenance. "Uncle Mike", as I call the owner, has been a cobbler and a gentleman. He does excellent work, charges more than fair prices, and is a wonderful person to know.
Excellent work I've had done over time:
- re-soles
- new/different-than-original soles
- heel and toe taps aplenty (metal, polymer)
- stitching/upper repair
- in-soles/interior restructuring
- belt and duffle repair
I cannot say enough good things about this increasingly rare kind of tradesman. Thank you for all the hard work! Perhaps needless to say, this is a sure bet for your shoe and leather needs.
