Very friendly store! A nice older gentleman held the door for me when I walked in, and asked me if he could help me find something. At the cash register, he helped me again with a smile. I wish I had gotten his name to put in my review. Excellent customer service!

Nice store but the "older" gentleman was very hard to understand and definitely not service oriented. He did however take care of my needs.

The staff and management at the Sylva NC store are awesome. I purchased a battery that failed, they refunded my money without any hassle. Keep up the great customer service.
