“I took my wife's KIA Forte to Ridgecrest Towing and Auto Service for the first time. I primarily went there, because it's an AAA Certified Auto Repair shop, & they have great reviews. I asked the owner, Derrick, as he was entering my info into his computer, did he give the discount for AAA members? He replied that he did. But when I was leaving after the work was completed on our KIA Forte, I looked over the receipt, & realized that Derrick had NOT given me the AAA discount. I know 10% is not a lot, but I was disappointed. I had driven from Canton NC to Ridgecrest Towing & Auto Service, which is 33 miles away.”

I drove to another shop but they were too busy to help, I called this place and he squeezed me in and had my car back on the road in no time and didn't charge an arm and a leg. “The staff were extremely helpful and the service was so fast! I had popped my truck tire and brought it to them. Within 10 minutes they repaired it while I waited in the lobby.
