While purchasing a car isn’t on the top of the list of things I enjoy doing, Andy Shaw Ford made it enjoyable today. From the beginning, my communication with our salesman Brad Ledford was responsive and no hassle. Hollie Johnson went out of her way for my daughter and I to find us the best rate. I enjoyed my experience today, they have an incredible team. For what it’s worth but it is important to me, the atmosphere. The entire staff was welcoming but at the same time laid back. Everyone seemed to enjoy each other and that makes all the difference in the world. Thank you Hollie and Brad!

Service department does and did a great job of following guide to check your car over. Prompt service and explain what was done and what may need to be done on your next visit. Keeps me going back for service.

Best Ford Service department in Western NC! Ed, Service advisor, was very informative throughout the repair process and kept the customer in mind every step of the way. Dropped the vehicle off on Wednesday for a front axle replacement and we needed the vehicle back by Saturday and when the part came late on Friday, Jordan, service mechanic working on the vehicle, came in on Saturday going above and beyond to finish the car to make sure we had our vehicle for the weekend. A 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star service department, putting customers first every step of the way! Highly recommend this Ford Dealership!

I couldn’t find my navigation app on my screen in my 2024 mustang, so I stopped at Andy Shaw ford and I nice man named Dustin Shuler came out and helped figure it out.

I don't think I've ever boughten a new car. But we come to Ford for service and tires on occasion. We decided to get some good quality BF Goodrich radials from the Ford dealership for his 44-year-old 1980 Ford Courier. The new and old contrast between the vehicles is quite stunning.

Down in Bryson City area on our anniversary, 500 miles away from home, and ended up needing to have a wheel hub replaced on our truck. Called a couple places and Ed at the Andy Shaw service dept promised he would make some magic happen. He delivered along with the service tech that worked on my truck. Moved us to the front of the line after understanding our predicament. Dealership employees were helpful and made the experience a pleasant one. Definitely recommend if your in the area from out of town and need emergency repairs.

I recently purchased a 2023 Ford Lightning from Andy Shaw Ford with the assistance of salesman Dustin Shuler. Dustin was very professional, answered all my questions and went out of his way to to get any additional information I requested. I was pleased with the no pressure sales approach and the ability to work out a fair trade for my unused RV van.
