I have used Alien Fix for different phone problems and have hàd excellent service. The owner is very nice. He listens to your concerns and validated what he understands you want him to do to fix your phone. He does excellent work at a very reasonable price. And your phone issues are resolved when you leave. He also offers if you have further problems with this particular issue ito return at no charge..

So I have had the phone I am writing this review from repaired three separate times for three separate breaks that were entirely my fault. Anytime I have to use a repair place. I do a lot of research and I try to find a general cost of what it's going to be before I ever take it anywhere to get a quote. Every time alien fix has a completely fair price, sometimes below average. Quick, clean, transparent, and extremely polite. I highly recommend alien fix for any phone repairs needed.

I highly recommend this shop! I took my iPhone in a little after 5:00 pm, it had a shattered screen. Guy said he should have it ready for me by 6:00, but would stay over if he needed to do so, quoted me a good price, and had it ready to go, and looking and working like new well before 6:00. I absolutely recommend this shop!

They were highly recommended to me by another computer shop and they didn’t disappoint. They took in my IPad that afternoon and were able to get it fixed before closing that same day. Alien fix is alien good. My phone was in really bad shape, internal circuitry fried, bricked out. They offered the option of recovering data but we went ahead with a fix and they got it back up. As for bad reviews, remember most folks don’t leave good ones because they forget, and you’re not going to a technician for counseling or conversation - you’re going to have an expert fix your stuff. Diego was solid, and professional with private data / personal security. Follow up was good as well.

Poor customer service. Front Desk staff was rude and treated us like our business was an utter inconvenience. Must not need the business to be arrogant and unhelpful. Not worth going to just to be treated poorly.

Great experience! The speaker was going out on my Iphone 12 and other businesses wanted to charge me a lot and didn't have the part in stock. They wanted to keep my phone for days. Alien Fix was able to fix it within a few hours and it works great. I also got a new screen protector since mine was scratched - all for an extremely reasonable price. I don't know where all these bad reviews are coming from.

I was referred here by the guy at the Verizon store. When I walked in, some guy came out and looked clearly annoyed that I was there. He never once looked at me, but kept looking down at his laptop. When I told him why I was sent there and what happened to my phone, he barely acknowledged my problem, and said I would have to leave the phone and never even told me for how long or what he thought about it. I had to ask for how long and he said a day and that I could call back The following day. I took my phone and promptly left the store. This was the rudest person I have ever encountered and would advise that no one ever go to this place for any service. There was absolutely zero customer service or interest in what I was there for. I am quite sure I have never been treated so rudely by anyone in a business.

I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan and I couldn’t be happier. They performed a very thorough audit and removed all the bad coding from the previous devs, my site is in a much better shape and faster
