We bought a new to us vehicle for our business. The whole process was quick and easy for us. We had researched the vehicle before seeing it at the dealership. While walking around the vehicle at the dealership we were met by salesman Eric Jones. Mr. Jones got us the keys, took us for a test drive, gave us some numbers and told us to sleep on it. No pressure. The price was just a little higher than where we wanted to be so when I told Eric, he was able to get it down to where I wanted to be. We saved a little money, and he made a little money. Both of us were happy. Thanks Eric!

I bought a brand new 2023 from them back in February and when I test drove the vehicle, the front drivers side window was loose. They told me when I came back in to have the bigger tires put on they would fix it. I have had two appointments since then to have this problem resolved and now I am being told that Ford is aware of it, and there is nothing they can do to fix it. I work with 4 other people that have the same year Bronco and none of them have had this problem, so clearly it can be fixed or replaced. I can't even roll my window down even just alittle bit without the loud rattling of the window everytime I hit a bump in the road. I even talked to the service manager Rob about it, which was a waste of time. He told me that again Ford was aware of the problem, and no effort was made on his part, to try and help resolve the problem. They just don't seem to care about their word, or making the customer happy. No one likes being lied to.

I live close to this place and have yet to buy a Ford from them. There just to small to compete with bigger dealerships . They can never get me the deal I want . Which stinks I would love to not have to drive to new bern to buy my ford's but I do.

This Ford dealership plunged to new depths of depravity, attempting to swindle me at every turn. Not only were they shamelessly overpricing their a truck, but they stooped so low as to try and pull the wool over my eyes with deceitful schemes. To add insult to injury, the truck I went to look at was riddled with damage, as if they thought I wouldn't notice the blatant flaws. It had after market leather, was in an accident, and needed at the very least $2,000, probably more, in cosmetic repairs (pictures added). Luckily, salvation awaited just down the road at a dealership 30min away in Newport that restored my faith in humanity. Not only were their prices fair and transparent, but their integrity shone like a beacon in the murky waters of automotive sales. As for this Ford dealership, their corruption knows no bounds. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there! Clear coat was gone so buffing was not going to work. Only willing to go $500 off. But so thankful it didn’t work bc I got a newer ford for slightly more than what this was being sold for!

This mf john made buying my first brand new Bronco the smoothest transaction ever. Went to every single other dealership in Jacksonville first, and got bombarded. 10/10 recommend John at Sanders Ford. He’s my spirit animal.

Had a great experience here! Just stopped by to look around and John Musclewhite (can't forget that name!!) was very nice, he showed me the Escape and even though I wasn't quite ready to buy he still took time to help me out. I'm definitely looking to trade my VW for something American made! I will be coming back here and buying a car from either John or Alicia! Best customer service I've ever experienced at a dealership!
