We just moved to Hubert, NC, and needed just basic service on our car. I was floored by how fast the service was at Cliff's Car Care. I dropped off the car at 7:50 AM, and it was completed by 8:45 AM. They topped off all the fluids and inspected the car for any issues, and there were none. The people there are very kind and helpful, and it truly has that family vibe. It's not often that I give a 5-star rating for auto service-related businesses, but Cliff's Car Care is my new go-to!

We we're on vacation and my breaks started making noise.
I initially brought the car to another local shop. The technician there told me my rear brakes were metal on metal and they quoted me $497 to do the brakes.
They called me back the next day and said they didn't have the right software to disengage my parking brake and complete the job.
I then brought the car to Cliff's. They looked at the brakes and called me right back informing me that my brakes were fine, and no replacement was necessary.
They could have charged me whatever they liked and replaced all four brakes, but they were honest and treated me respectfully.
This is a wonderful group of people.

Went in on a recommendation from my parents and I wasn't disappointed. I was greeted immediately and in a wonderful hometown feel. I have been to shops, it was clean and we didn't have to wait long at all. And I asked what vehicles they do....guess....ALLLLLL!! But body work, that means foreign cars too. Not sure what their prices are for that but give them a chance, I hope you won't be disappointed because I wasn't.

We were so thankful for Cliffs when our truck broke down on vacation. They were very quick to tow us to the shop, had amazing service and had us back on the road in just a few hours without an outrageous price even on a holiday.

Excellent.. this week 2 of my vehicles had issues. Toyota and Chrysler . Mike and Gina assured me: we got the techs that can repair any electrical and radiator issues. So true: Mikal super knowledgeable Toyota tech , reprogrammed computer. Chris/dylan got my wife’s van back up on the road in less than a day . I highly recommend.

The entire team was life savers! Before we headed to the beach as I was servicing our Tahoe, when it fell off the jack stands in the rear. After getting the wheels back on, I took it to a local shop to have the tires rotated and inspect for any damage. With no issues found, the following day we made the 5hr trip to the beach. Once we arrived, I noticed a huge area of the rear bumper had melted in our travels. I made a few calls on Saturday and was told Cliff was my best bet. Arriving Monday morning I was fully prepared to pay whatever needed to keep the family safe as we traveled back home. I was greeted immediately and was able to explain what had happened to Cliffs team. The team immediately took the Tahoe into a bay and made me aware they would look at it (at no charge)and let me know what they could do. Within minutes Cliff came to me and said “ The tail pipe bent upwards in the fall and caused the damage to the bumper. If you would like I could get that bent back down and make a safety repair the turn signal harness (also melted in the event)? This would allow you to get home and work out what you want to do about the bumper with no further damage being caused.” Within 20 minutes the repairs were made and I my bill was next to nothing compared to the service provided. I understand now why I was told on Saturday to wait and see Cliff and his team on Monday. Thank you for all you’ve done!

Was on vacation and was in serious need of an oil change and tire rotation. Cliff and his team were very welcoming and kind. They don’t take appointments for this service but are first come first serve. I showed up at 7:30am as they told me the day before and I was headed back to the vacation house by 8am. It blew my mind how fast they were. I highly recommend them if you’re needing a quick routine service.

I am so thankful for the great service that I received from Cliffs. My 2011 Honda Odyssey had one sliding door that had completely broken and the other was hesitant to work at times. We have a warranty (that I am very grateful to have), but at times working with these services can be rather difficult. Gina took the time and effort to advocate for our family, urging them to use quality parts and expedited shipping so that we could have the van back as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the parts arrived broken, but she immediately contacted the warranty company, took pictures of the misfortune, and got them to ship the parts so they would arrive the next day. I was very appreciative that she kept communicating with me as to what was going on each day. I realize situations like these can be rather frustrating (especially since they had had the doors off and ready to install, taking up one of their work bays for days), but it was handled with ease and great care. I definitely recommend you trust their care with your vehicle as they are really striving to run their business with excellence and have the customer's best interest in mind.

I was having a bad time with a shop down the road. This shop had my 71 C20 for 5 months when I was told there would be a 10 day turn around. After waiting 5 months i had my truck towed to Cliffs where he had me a drive shaft made and even fabricated some clutch pedal assembly parts that were very hard to find. My truck is back on the road and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and professionalism I’ve encountered at Cliffs. Ive been going to Cliff for exhaust work since i was 16 and he is just as honest and reliable today.

Complete scam artists, told them that I had an interior leak and that it was in the canal and I wanted them to diagnose it. They were adamant that it was my third brake light and I said I’m not sure cuz my headliner isn’t wet and when I drove it there the previous after a rainstorm it wasn’t wet. I pick it up 7 hours later and they told me it was the third brake light cuz there was water stains up there (which was old and I told them). I said oh so u didn’t actually look? Then he said they tested and that was the ONLY place and they charged me $135 to put sealant on it. It rains today and I check after drying out my interior and guess what? It’s soaked again AND my headliner still isn’t wet. So much for the third brake light being “the only spot they seen.” I don’t think they even looked because I had my interior tore up alittle bit and it didn’t even look like it was moved or touched. Wouldn’t recommend.
