“While Traveling back home to Garner (outside Raleigh)from Bryson City our battery light came on. I Immediately called my mechanic who told me to find an autozone and have the alternator tested. We got to the Auto zone and it was a bad Alternator our Mechanic advised us that we needed to replace it immediately and to find a local shop. So I asked for a referral from autozone, And they recommended mountain view. Which was right down the street walking distance as my van was acting Possessed and lost complete power as we coasted in the parking lot in front of a bay. The fit us in timely and Wayne even drove to the honda dealership as I only wanted to use honda parts. You can imagine how stressed I was about this whole situation and the unexpected cost I had not plan on spending. But Mountain view was professional and Courteous to me in a very stressful situation. They were done in about 3 hours or less we actually got an uber to go explore the outlets to take our mind off of it while they were working on it. But I want to thank Mountain view for saving our day and getting us home safely. I don't think I said thank you but THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for saving the day! I highly recommend this shop.”

The day before I was supposed to leave on a vacation to Belize my car's "All Wheel Drive" (AWD) light came on. I knew I had to get this checked before driving to the Charlotte Airport, so I began calling different shops, and A&D Garage had an opening that day. After a 2-hour wait I was told that my car's differential was completely shot, new parts needed to be ordered, and it was unsafe to drive home. For context- I'm a recent college graduate with no car knowledge- but even I knew this wasn't right. I asked for my keys, drove home and was later given a quote of $2,800 dollars to "fix" the issue. A total SCAM!
This is where the story takes a happy turn :) I live just down the street from Worley Automotive and after their incredible service I will be a lifelong customer. Worley Automotive not only properly diagnosed my car but they picked it up from my apartment and fixed it while I was on vacation. That way it would be ready by the time I got back! If that's not the most exceptional customer service I don't know what is. In addition to being incredibly kind, Dennis and the rest of the staff are extremely experienced and transparent- which is a rare find in the automotive industry. Unlike A&D Garage, Dennis had the knowledge, expertise and integrity to assess and fix my car. The total was $350. I truly can't thank them enough! If you live anywhere near the area you will never find a more trustworthy place to take your car than Worley Automotive.

I received an excellent price for the truck. They told me if anything was wrong I could bring it back and they would make it right. “Can’t say enough good things about this place. We have a lot of vehicles. We bring them all here. We have a jeep trailhawk. Took it to fields Jeep service. The had it for 3 months. Was told it would be 7 grand to fix. Also informed me that it needed a drive shaft because it was bent. And a transfer case. So I bring it to Adrian. Here at dolphin. 2 days later I drove it 1600 miles. It needed none of the things Jeep said it needed after Adrian diagnosed the vehicle and found out that our previous job at a previous place did not put it back together correctly.  so they took everything completely apart and reinstalled it as it should be.
We also have  Volkswagens GMC‘s and Kia’s. All have been here for wk. these guys are great. Can’t say enough good things about these guys.

“I had an outstanding experience with the team at Discount Tire in Asheville, North Carolina and I want to give special recognition to Jose, the store manager.
I live in Charlotte, and my daughter is in school in Asheville. I purchased her tires remotely and scheduled the appointment from here so everything would be taken care of for her. Unfortunately, due to a system error, the appointment I originally scheduled was inadvertently changed.
Jose stepped in immediately and handled the situation with professionalism and care. He worked with us to reschedule the appointment at a time that aligned with my daughter’s schedule. This was especially important because she needed to travel home due to her grandmother’s passing.
Because of the schedule change, the original tires were not going to arrive in time. Instead of letting that delay my daughter, Jose went above and beyond. He searched around the store and found an alternate set of tires that would fit her vehicle so she could leave safely and on time.
That kind of customer care is rare. Jose took ownership of the problem, found a solution quickly, and made sure my daughter was taken care of when it mattered most.
