They went above and beyond to make sure he got the care he needed (including taking my dog to their own vet because my vet refused to see him when Marie arrived 10 minutes late due to horrible weather and traffic accidents). Marie stayed in constant communication with me and eased my anxiety about the situation. These folks are pros, and they truly care about the animals and people they’re serving. In fact, every staff member I met impressed me. I am so grateful to have found them, and my dogs will never board anywhere else!!
