Bright, clean and friendly grocery store. We are traveling across the US and stayed in the area. Excellent quality produce. Some reviews mention high prices but this store is worth spoiling ourselves!

Frustrated at first pump I went to (closest to car wash) because it kept declining my card, so I went to another pump and it worked fine. Saved $.15/gallon.

Who shops here? We are visiting the area for a few weeks and grabbed a few items at this store out of convenience on multiple occasions. The prices are absolutely ridiculous and the help is just sad. I know it is hard to find good help, but this was like watching a movie bad. My recommendation is avoid this store if at all possible.

This is my favorite Ingles in the East Asheville area. It's always clean, the employee's are friendly and everything is well stocked. I love how mindful they are still being with COVID precautions. They have a great local selection of meat and produce. I always love the unexpected local finds.

#grateful for awesome manager Mike Setzer his store is always so neat and organized his employees always seem to go above and beyond the produce is always the freshest ever I am the owner of Asheville moving company I often times send my employees to pick up free moving boxes so we can share them with the community we are grateful that Ingles goes above and beyond to support Lake community these boxes have cardboard value if you sent a pound and could easily be sold out the back door but instead Ingles chooses to pay labor cost to stack them up neatly carry them for the front of the store and recycle them they are so perfect for loading book's loading can goods a huge variety of items can be put in the milk boxes and get several more uses out of them I was able to learn all my social media skills riding in the buggy with my grandmother over 40 years ago in the Burnsville location we would always go to the store to get bread and milk and it would normally take about 2 hours this was way before Facebook so my grandmother got to chat and meet all her friends and Neighbors in the Isles of the grocery store I'm sure I was observing and absorbing all this knowledge Ingles has a special place in my heart please support them as much as possible they have been supporting us for years way before the other grocery store started competing with them
