I tried to open a business account and transfer our numbers over online but ran into technical issues that went on for a couple of weeks. Phone support was tedious and I wasn’t able to make any progress. I finally made an appointment at the store and Ryan worked tirelessly with me to get everything resolved. He spent several hours navigating the support channels on my behalf, ultimately solving all of my issues and finding me the best deals possible. 83 S Tunnel Rd, Asheville“My husband and I had gone in to look at a new laptop, and although we didn't find what we were looking for, he found a Kicker amp that he's wanted for at least 10 years. It's a $400+ amp new. This one was open box, but there wasn't an updated price on it. We left empty handed, but returned the next day. We were hoping it would be $300 or less, as that was our budget. We couldn't find an associate, and, not being very patient, and not wanting to be disappointed, he went to the car. I stayed, determined to at least find out the price. I wish I remembered the young lady who happened to be walking by from a different department, because not only did she stop and help me find the price, but helped me come in wayyyy under my budget. I proudly carried that amp out to my husband, and grined from ear to ear as I handed it to him and said, you're welcome! I wish I could have captured the look of astonishment and disbelief that he was actually OWNED his dream amp. I certainly will never forget it. Thank you Best Buy, for helping me give my husband the gift of his dreams. It's refreshing to find small store customer service in a big box store. We'll definitely be back!”
“It's all about Wendy. She was working at returns when I realized the food processor I had just bought was actually not the one on sale. We went together to see what was up. The one on sale was a different brand and all sold out. I said: Well, I'll take the refund and see how much it is on Amazon. She countered with: We (Target) price-match! She looked it up on Amazon. It was &15 less on Amazon. I agreed that the price was right for the brand I wanted and we had a win-win situation. Where I came from, something like this would NEVER happen. Asheville Target has a gem, with Wendy as an employee.”
