“Christy and the team at Subarus R Us have been enormously helpful to me, and I am so grateful! My drivers seat was not able to move forward and backward and they determined that the entire seat needed to be replaced. Christy first quoted me a brand new seat which would have cost $1200 alone (without labor.) Then, she was able to call around and found a used parts place that had a used seat for only $200! She saved me $1000 by putting in the effort to find the correct part for my car, and I am thrilled!

“I visited Asheville for a friend's birthday trip, and on the drive there from Florida I got two flat tires - luckily, we made it all the way to our Airbnb. I called my insurance to have my tires replaced and Redmon's was recommended. I was super stressed about having my car ready for the drive home in a few days, and explained this to the very nice associate on the phone who probably heard me at my most frazzled.
I dropped off my car in the morning, and they had replaced my tires and did a safety check on the rest of my car before the end of the business day! It was such a relief, and my car made the drive back to Florida with no problems at all.
TLDR: Redmon's customer service and work is top-notch!! I highly recommend them for your automotive needs!”
