I bought this Friday while on vacation. My bad for not noticing the upside down label. I am now 800 miles away at home. I called to see about a mail exchange and they won’t exchange it. Beware if you shop here. Check your merchandise well.

Check your merchandise before you pay and leave the store. Defective and expensive. Doesn’t offer refunds or store credit. The so called manager Danny (the one with the fake diamond earning) walked away from me when I asked him why he said they didn’t have the same shirt when I called by phone. They did. He was extremely condescending. So rude. Merchandise is total junk as others have reviewed. It didn’t even hold together when being tried on at home a half hour later. Go to another store for your beach stuff. There are a lot of them.

I was extremely disappointed when I went to exchange a t-shirt I purchased early in our trip. I wore it once and when I washed it the iron patch was falling off. When I went to the counter and presented my receipt I was asked how long ago I washed it. When I said about a week I was told they could do nothing about it. Very poor business as I'm a tourist and will not be shopping in that store again and will be sure to make family and friends aware of their policy!

What a jerk for a manager. I can understand not having a public restroom, however; my brother is on chemo and unsteady on his feet, I was trying to ask for an exception to use the employee restroom and he wouldn't even listen fully to me. Just kept saying public restroom was at the gas station. I again tried to explain our situation and again he tells me to go to the gas station. What a jerk. Do not shop there.

We went in to shop at 8:40pm as the website says closed at 9:00pm and were told the store was closing in 10 mins and also that we couldn’t use cash that it was card only. I’m guessing this employee had already counted his cash drawer. We were loudly reminded across the store that we had one minute left—at 8:47. If you value your customers and the sales we provide, you may want to retrain some of your employees to better (and politely) serve them without making them feel kicked out before necessary. PS: this employee was wearing an Eagles jersey and the Eagles were currently playing so it was pretty obvious he wanted to get home to watch it. Probably I won’t be back.

We went to check out the shop cause we out of state. I ask the guy what time he close 9pm.8:40pm the guy said 10 minutes shopping girls. We understood that… unfriendly guy.The girls kinda friendly, I ask about one jacket I really like I ask her if she have medium or large sweatshirt jacket.The Dude have Eagles jersey shirt which eagles team had game that’s night. It’s Monday game night I bet he want to go home watched the game. But Eagles won 25-11 score that’s game…The dude helped me at the checkout unfriendly I ask about the price didn’t even gave me the price.

The workers are very unfriendly. We asked about some children's sizing and they had no idea how to help us. They screen print their items and when ask if they wash nicely, she said I guess, I haven't heard complaints. We spent $200 on several items and really wanted to buy nothing after dealing with staff. Hope to find a couple local shops that appreciate the business. Good selection of adult wear, but kids selection stinks. Not impressed.

My son-in-law's mother bought 2 yeti cups, was suppose to be 2 for $40 but she was charged the $24 each but didn't realize until she had paid and handed the receipt. When told about the overcharge, $8 plus tax, at the point of sale she was rudely told we don't do refunds. This was not a refund. She was overcharged. The girl was rude and I would suggest you not shop here. They will rip you off and make it your error.

Woman told me after shopping that I could walk across the street for ice cream after I made my purchase. They had me towed even though I saw many people walking across the street to their cars in the lots clearly targeting out of state plates!!!!!She told me after that the tow company watches people leaving. The tow company told me she called them.
