This review is based on a comparison of other similar warehouse souvenir beach shops. It's the best one we went in while in the Topsail area-- well organized and stocked, lots of swimsuit options in various colors and styles, a plethora of "Topsail Island" themed hats, shirts, sweatshirts etc. They even carry Rainbow leather flip flops that were on sale when we went this December. You might find slightly better prices at the "Bargain" store across the street, but Tsunami wins for quality and design of the products. We found men's and women's matching Hawaiian shirt/shorts sets with great style, print and fabric, and two amazing bathing suits, a 50's style pin up looking one with a skirt attached and a couple amazing bikinis. There are loads of single colored bikinis in 3-5 variations of styles each, in the bottoms and tops to mix and match. Bathing suits are not sold as sets but per top and bottom. Same goes for men... lots of options! A sales woman working back at the dressing rooms helped give great advice on them as well. As far as service goes, the workers won't annoy you with unnecessary questions but if you need help they're around. We found that by being really friendly with them, they were friendly back! It's a massive place with loads of items... anything beach related you need!

Stopped in to buy a quick bathing suit for the grandbaby. Well, 2 hours and $500 later we left. ? I ended up buying 3 new bathing suits and a few trinket items. Hubby got a new pair of Hey Dudes, 7 UV shirts, an amazing metal flag, several trinket items and was the last to leave the store. Great prices on quality brand items. Not your average beach store!

On a recent visit to Top Sail I purchased the wrong size Sweat Shirt, I called the store and they shipped me one in the correct size and even gave me a discount. Even though I had purchased it from another store I sent a picture to Oliva the store representative and she found me the same design and went above and beyond customer service to help me get the right shirt for my grand daughter. I give Tsunami Surf Shop 6 stars. Great job I highly recommend you shop here. Rev Mark Snowden Concord Va.

I forgot my sunglasses yesterday so I stopped in and saw some vans sunglasses. I was like oh ok on sale for 24.99. We’ll next morning cleaning out my car and I was wondering how much they were before. Go figure. They were cheaper. $16.00 but had a $24.99 sticker on top of it! Wow. Never again going here. Stay away from here.

First of all horrible service, could not get anyone to assist me. The one person that I asked for help just pointed me in a direction than went back to folding items. I had to tap her on the shoulder to get her attention due to her listening to musics on EarPods. I did purchase several shirts but when got home they did not fit, the large was not a true large. I went back the following day to return those items and was told they do not do returns. Stunned I asked where that was posted and she stated it was in the receipt. I thought that this had to be posted so the customer could decide whether they would like to purchase items or not. So in a nutshell, customer service, quality of merchandise and return policy all made my shopping experience terrible. I will not return to this store.

As a local prices are ok but read the signs $14.99 or 2 for $28.99. Watch how they word things you only save a $1.00

I love this beachwear store. Most stores like this have cheap things you don't really want. I liked many items in this store. It had soft cotton shirts, cute designs, and even some brand name beach bags. I will return!
