Went to get some pretzels they have with some licorice. It's an Amish product and good. But they didn't have the one we normally get, and I picked up the wrong one.
They were stale and old. So we went back, and the young lady working told me they don't give refunds on open food products. I was upset and acted like a up set customer who should have accepted that. I did open the package. But, I could tell they were bad. So it made me be an upset idiot.
Also, their card reader was down, and they explained they'd would call and tell me when the transaction went through. Well, she called and removed the pretzels from my bill.
I'm sorry for being a jerk. It's not the lady's working fault. It's just a bad batch. They do a great job here and
d have a lot of great products. Again, thank you for your ? customer service.

New owner or management is sure not like it used to be with wonderful previous owner. The younger lady really needs to work on her demeanor when assisting customers, and the very cheap bags are in poor taste especially when items purchased are a little more high end. Really makes a bad appearance.

It took us 3 times to go to the place, always got sidetracked, but so glad we finally did. Had a little bit of everything, including cute clothes and speciality chocolates.

This place is so cute! Walking in, it's designed so well! I love coming in and just browsing to see what new things they have in stock. It's a great place to come for unique gifts, and in the back they have a wonderful selection of candy for those with a sweet tooth. I found a super cute pair of sea turtle earrings for myself.

Mia's has such a great variety of gifts & wonderful staff to help make selections. I rarely leave without a gift AND something for myself. Can't beat the amazing candy selection either.

Every time I visit topsail I find little stores like this and this one is awesome especially the candy section, everyone was nice and it wasn't your typical store selling tourist stuff ,will be going back

I am new to the area and found Mia‘s Marketplace. I have already been three times in the last five days. There is something for everyone and I have found gifts for all the ladies on my Christmas list. Their clothing selection is vast and super trendy, which I love. Their jewelry lines are absolutely gorgeous. Don’t even get me started on the room they have dedicated solely to chocolate and nostalgic candy. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Mia’s is my new go to for all things gifty!
