Not sure why the negative reviews, I've had nothing but good interactions with them! Melissa is very helpful and found me a good tire for my vehicle, then worked hard to find me a deal (that was def a win)! So I got 4 new tires for my car that I requested to be quiet and long lasting. She found me the Continental CrossContact LX25's. I was very pleased with the price and quality. My one star removal was because they had my window down and now my entire interior (black) is now covered in pollen.

We recently had our 2 vehicles serviced at this location. They were professional, clean and timely. I just brought my vehicle back because I had low tire pressure, had a nail and they plugged it quickly for me as I waited with my toddler. Staff members are extremely kind. I would recommend this business and we will continue to service our cars here.

Had a decking screw in my rear driver side tire and was only able to drive as far as Mavis Tire in Surf City, NC for repair because the tire wouldn’t stay inflated. Mavis is not my usual tire shop so I was hesitant. They were able to take care of my tire repair on the same day and not even try to talk me into a new tire. I would absolutely use them again when necessary!

Excellent and exceptional service. I showed up on the wrong date, Saturday instead of Sunday for my oil change and tire rotation, but they happily took care of me. Melissa at the front desk is very kind and caring. I wish I had paid more attention and gotten the name of tech that took care of my car because he was also very kind. They all did a fantastic job and their price was affordable and lower than any other place I’ve been. I’m glad they opened this store so close to my home. I’ll be back in 5000 miles!
