My order was canceled but I was not sent an email about it. The only way I knew was when I went searching about why the order was not arriving. By then it was too late to reorder. It was a bit inconvenient for my trip. Wish you had sent an email to alert me so I could have selected a similar item to arrive on time.

Excellent customer service! I placed an online order and one of the items was out of stock. The store called immediately to apologize and offer me another item in place of it, AND they gave me free shipping. Quality items, exactly as described on website. Package arrived promptly with a handwritten thank-you note from the store. Highly recommended!

Couldn’t find a Stanley cup anywhere went to order it from Amazon it wasn’t going to get here till January 5th. I found it on this website ordered it and it came in 3 days. It wasn’t damaged or anything I really see myself ordering from here again.
