I will never be using this pharmacy again ever. The amount of eye rolls that I received from the pharmacist or the pharmacy tech when I drove up there today is ridiculous. You're there to treat everybody like a customer. Not to roll your eyes when they ask you something. Customer service is terrible here

It is impossible to get thru the voicemail to speak to a human being. I find this extremely irritating. The voicemail cant answer my questions and you simply cannot get a pharmacist on the phone. Amazing companies treat their customers this way.

CVS should do something about the Pharmacy. People in line to get their prescription and because the person in the car or the worker needs a few extra minutes. It's now 7:01pm. The 2 cars waiting now have to make this trip tomorrow. Let's also add I dropped my prescription off around lunch and they told me it would be 4 or 5 hours that is insane to me. Yall should do better!!!! With 4 workers and still can't manage this place. Yall might need to consider a new job or maybe not have a Pharmacy at all. This has is gotten out of hand and something needs to be fixed.

I went in to pick up something for my wife. Once all my items were located and acquired, I went to the checkout. There were 2 workers behind the counter, both trying to figure out how to get some piece of equipment to work. After standing there for 5 minutes with no reguard or or even acknowledgment from the staff, I picked up my items and moved to the self checkout. I understand nowadays that self check out is an option. However it was very impolite and rude of the employees to ignore customers.

I've been trying to find a med that was prescribed on Mon 5/22. This pharmacry had it but was in a smaller dose. The not caring woman wouldn't look for me bc they close at 2 and she didn't have time to look 2 hrs before they close

Very disappointed in the lack of care and understanding from the pharmacy at this location. Today when I attempted to pick up my prescription through the drive through service. It all started bad when I went to the second lane that appeared to be open at 6:45pm. If I had stayed in the first lane I would have been second in line. When I arrived at the kiosk there was a sign saying it was out of order. I would suggest blocking the lane if it is not to be utilized. I then drove around the building to get back in the first line. When I got back in line I was now fourth in line. I waited for the three vehicles in front of me patiently to be serviced. I arrived at the window at 7:01pm and was informed they were closed and I would not be able to pick up my prescription. There were four additional vehicles behind me that will not be receiving their perceptions tonight as well. I understand hours of operation and maintaining proper payroll % to run a profitable business. When a business forgets their identity to serve customers the business needs to self reflect on why they do what they do. All large businesses are judged on Wall Street standards when it comes to top line sales, profit margins and EPS. This particular location has put a focus on their personal needs before the customer. I truly hope that someone reads this and realizes that all customer facing businesses are open for the customer and the right thing is to take care of the customer even if the hours of operation dictate that you are closed. Especially in the business of taking care of people with medical/health needs.

They would rather my diabetic dog die, than to sell me insulin needles without a prescription. “Store Policy” she yelled at me

My doctor called in prescription. I went to pick it up and was told they did not have it and did not know when they would get it. Since this was for pain medication I would’ve expected that they would’ve called to tell me but no one did.Very poor customer service. Fill your prescriptions at a more compassionate pharmacy.

Wow, I try not to leave these reviews but as this is a location for folks traveling and often traveling with pets…beware! We visit this area annually for our family vacation. This year, our old dog is on extra meds for a collapsing trachea which causes excessive coughing and vomiting. Our vet was out of meds when we needed a refill, our local CVS was going to need to order them (arrival after our beach departure date) so we decided fill the script at the beach. We arrive on a Sunday, about 30 minutes before the pharmacy closes. I let the employee know that I did *not* expect the prescription to be filled same day, but would like to drop it off, which 30 minutes prior to pharmacy closing seems reasonable. The employee was clearly annoyed that I was there. He states that they’ll need to order the medication and it will arrive on Tuesday. I stated, that was fine, we had a few days worth of meds to last us. We return today (Tuesday) to pick up said medication. There are no meds. The pharmacist informs of there is no DEA #, the line instead reads “on file”. The pharmacy has made no attempt to obtain the number from the veterinarian or notify us of the discrepancy; the medication has not been ordered and the prescription was returned to us with a handwritten note “dropped off last minute, no DEA#”. We’ve spent two days waiting and using the remaining medication thinking we’d have some waiting. Now, I don’t know what we’re going to do in order to take care of our old guy. More importantly Dexter is going to cough constantly until we fill the prescription somewhere else and cough until he vomits because his trachea is collapsing and CVS lacked due diligence and follow through. This is absolutely not ok across so many dimensions and could have been stopped from reaching this point if any of the folks involved cared even the smaller amount.

This CVS is awful. I have been on hold for 1 1/2 hours and still waiting and this isn’t the first time this has happened. When I asked them one time why it takes so long they said they don’t answer the phone if anyone is at the drive thru or at the front counter. Horrible customer service. Whoever made this policy should be fired. Their other excuse is always they don’t have enough people working. Pretty sure they could afford to pay their people more so people would actually want to work there.
