“Went to get some pretzels they have with some licorice. It's an Amish product and good. But they didn't have the one we normally get, and I picked up the wrong one.
They were stale and old. So we went back, and the young lady working told me they don't give refunds on open food products. I was upset and acted like a up set customer who should have accepted that. I did open the package. But, I could tell they were bad. So it made me be an upset idiot.
Also, their card reader was down, and they explained they'd would call and tell me when the transaction went through. Well, she called and removed the pretzels from my bill.
I'm sorry for being a jerk. It's not the lady's working fault. It's just a bad batch. They do a great job here and
d have a lot of great products. Again, thank you for your ? customer service.”
“We loved shopping here. Our whole family bought at least a few things from T-shirts to little trinkets and magnets. It’s not all $5.99 or less but they do have a $5.99 section and ithe rest of the store is still pretty affordable. Definitely a lot cheaper than most gift shops. DO NOT BUY THE ASSORTED TAFFY. So gross, it tastes like play doh. Even my kids couldn’t eat it. I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for that. The individually packaged taffy that is sold in one flavor per bag was amazing though. Definitely go for that instead.”
