Happy with my recent purchase! Young lady in there was awesome. She showed me the best bodyboards that I asked for and made the purchasing process quick and easy. Prices were good! I’ll be back!

Not sure what the bad reviews were about. This surf shop has a great environment and it’s clean. We also bought $9 surf shop shirts!! Definitely recommend!

I visited in the off season. I have no idea what this store is like in the summer, so I can't exactly give it 5 stars. But if I could put 4 1/2 I would. I had a great experience. It was a really chill environment and everything was decently priced. They had a good selection of what we wanted. In fact, they had a good selection of many different items. My favorite part about visiting this store was the staff. One girl in particular helped me and my friend find just what we needed, then we ended up talking for an hour. I'll definitely come back this summer.

Been coming to Topsail for 30 years and have always stopped in at Bert's. Always had a good group of kids working. This year, not so much, kids running the shop were eating while "speaking" to us, had ear buds in and had a crappy attitude.
