It is not ok, hope they will improve.”

3890 Business 17 E, Bolivia“This small post office seems extremely overwhelmed by the influx of homes and people due to the area’s development. The post office clerks inside our post office go above and beyond to help their customers. However, our local mail delivery has been inconsistent. We witnessed a Saturday postal delivery service gentleman kicking repeatedly the Bella Point new mailbox’s in a violent manner. Neither of us could believe he was unashamed to do this in front of us. He complained about Amazon package delivery. He was angry. Made us wonder if packages get damaged by his kicking the boxes.”
“After dealing with the Postmaster at Bolivia, please stay away from here, I decided to go to the Supply post office and just get a P.O. Box instead of having to deal anymore with Bolivia. I walked in and Chris was absolutely fantastic. He was patient, assisted me with the paperwork and had an excellent customer service attitude. I spoke to the Supply Postmaster, Scott, to compliment Chris and his attitude was excellent! A completely pleasant experience. It’s a shame when you mention the Bolivia post office in the lobby and everyone begins laughing. Good job Chris and Scott! All USPS employees should take lessons from these guys at Supply.”
