My wife accidentally hung up the pump to pay first. Then the blonde girl said she couldn't get her money back or gas. Rude and cusding at her!!!!!

It's Wednesday June 16th about 11:30 am and I just left this store and encountered the rudiest lady I've ever met!! I came to by cigarettes and the way she spoke to me was unbelievable!! I will never go back here and will tell everyone I know not to shop at this store either!! I know allot of people in the community as I work in it therefore can cause this store allot of damage! She had gray hair pulled back with black rimed glasses on. I would say in her 50's. Someone needs to give her a class in what customer service is!!

I go in this place of business almost every day. It has actually gotten better lately. The girl with pink hair is very nice and the other morning crew are always polite. I hate they don't have biscuits anymore but I still like the laughter I hear and the niceness of the employees.

I have experienced one of the worst customer service person ever, There is a young lady that works there ,look to me to be about 17 or 18 because that's how she acts she told me that she was the manager I absolutely would never spend another penny in that store, She threw my tickets on the counter and walked away, How can you ever allow a person like that to work behind the counter of your store Something really needs to be done about her,

the worst customer service person ever working there, she's young and very disrespectful, I will never spend another penny in there i took my hundred dollars that I play on tickets daily somewhere else, they really need to do something about her she told me that she was the manager and I said she needs more training and they need someone else there, she said well they haven't gotten any one else yet!! Just so disrespectful I'm trying to get in touch with corporate but no one could give me a number, but I want give up

Extremely helpful employees, i was having a difficult time getting the pump to approve my card and the manager who wasn't even working at the time had to keep running in and out to help figure out what was going wrong. I truly felt my buisness was appreciated, just wish the chicken was fresher later in the evening, but even then the best chicken around by a long shot.
