Melissa Coleman-Spaulding is a vile human being who likes to spread lies about elderly people in her community. If she’ll go out of her way to spread these types of false rumors about two women who volunteer for hospice and sit with other elderly people, two women who’ll go out of their way to help ANYONE, how can we trust that she’ll be honest in the work place? Do not give this place business. Their employee is a liar and does not have an ounce of integrity in her body.

I have contacted Mellissa on more then 8 times never a call back. My doctor has left them numerous messages. I would not use this company ever. Worst service ever.

I needed compression socks for a broken foot.!Dr. Leighton’s office suggested Carolina Healthcare Products. I went there and the woman Melissa, told us she only had 1 pair in my size. Both my husband and I heard her say they were $45.00. The receipt came out with a charge of $69.95. She quoted the price incorrectly. At no time did she tell us the socks were NOT returnable. We tried to use our OTC card and she said they couldn’t take it. I came home and checked the OTC catalog and better quality compression socks were sold by them for $18.00. That is a $52.00 difference. I called the Carolina Healthcare store and told her my husband was bringing them back.i NEVER OPENED them up and my husband was bringing them back. She told me they cpuld not be returned! There is nothing on the receipt saying they don’t take returns. She said it was posted at the counter. Their counter is always full of things and there is barely room to put your purchase on it..I would strongly advise you to NOT BUY items from this store. The price discrepancy alone along with their practice of not informing you of their no return policy when selling you the item and not putting it on the receipt as well as quoting an incorrect price sends up red flags everywhere. I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income and this store is obviously trying to take advantage of older people. This fight is NOT over!

I would give a -5 if I were able. I started calling about 1:30 Friday, called twice, left message both times, got a voice mail back about 5:30, said call back Saturday about 12:30, I did and left a message again. Monday rolls around and no call back, go in person, no signs anywhere, rode around for 15 minutes and finally found it. By now I'm crying, my son is disabled to begin with and fell and broke his knee cap, we're in dire need of a wheelchair. I go in and still crying and explaining my situation and crying. Melissa is grinning. She could have called me 1st thing this morning but no. I told her there was nothing funny about this. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES AND SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THOSE OF US IN DIRE NEED! Never would I recommend them!!!

Melissa the day after Christmas, and a day they were closed went far beyond out of her way to get a nebulizer ready for my 4 month old granddaughter with covid! This woman is amazing and a godsend for my family! Thank you Melissa, you are a blessing!

This store does not have a fair and honest return policy. I purchased an item, and then tried to return it within 30 days. I was told that the window for returns is 7 days and that my item could not be returned anyway because of COVID risks. This information was not on my receipt, posted noticeably in the store, or communicated verbally at the time of purchase. I spent $80 on something I do not need and cannot return. Now that I have had this happen, I do not plan to buy anything else and will discourage others from shopping at this store. I am thoroughly dissatisfied.

Of 20 years doing business in Brunswick county this was the worst experience ever. Very rude & unwilling to help my 96 year old WW2 veteran friend. Highly do NOT recommend.

My husband and I came in today to buy a wheelchair. The woman who helped us was very knowledgeable, called our insurance company, helped us choose the best product, all while smiling. I would highly recommend this store.
