I went this morning to pickup 2 prescriptions for my wife I was informed that they only had 1 and no record of the other my wife called her doctor and had them resend it when I got home I received a text that the prescription was ready I went back to sunset beach and walked back to the pharmacy about 10 feet behind another gentleman your pharmacy tech waited on him and she told me that they were closing for lunch it was exactly 2:30 I think you're customer service is terrible and the tech was Pam who usually seems like she is mad at the world and she slammed the gate in my face. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I dropped an RX to fill for 90 pills. The pharmacy only had 15. I paid for the “partial fill”***like I had in the past many times. Used a coupon service and expected to pick up the balance of my RX. Come to find out I now owed for the balance of the RX! The 90 pills should have been $3.70 and I paid for the initial amount $5 and then $17 for the balance! I paid all that extra because Walgreens didn’t have the stock nor was I told there is a charge that can’t be applied to a coupon once the original amount of pills was billed. Lack of communication and bad policy! I will never partially fill an RX again and will be sure to check first! I could have gone to another pharmacy to have this filled. Beware of partial fills!

I just wanna give a big shoutout to the rudest pharmacy employee i’ve ever encountered: Crystal. If you pull up to the window and Crystal is the pharmacist my best advice would be to drive away and come back another day. I pick up prescriptions for my grandmother whom is a resident at a local nursing home and cannot pick them up herself. I often have to go to the pharmacy multiple times a week because they mess up and tell her that her prescription is ready when it is not. Today I was late for work because the pharmacy told my grandmother yesterday her prescription was ready and it WAS NOT. I pulled up to the window and Crystal looked at me and continued her conversation with her coworker as if I was not there. Then, the proceeded to say “What do you need?” rather than greeting me or apologizing for my wait, WHILE IM IN A HURRY TO GET TO WORK. I then told her my grandmothers information, she set down the phone, rolled her eyes, giggled with her coworker, and then picked up the phone again to say there was no prescription for my grandmother so what was I trying to pick up. I called my grandmother and told Crystal that the prescription was said to be ready yesterday, Crystal then told me it would be an hour. An hour?? to fill up a bottle of pills?? really Crystal? So then my grandmother called the pharmacy and was told the pharmacist needed to “review the prescription” and it would be 39 minutes. Controlled substance or not, you are a pharmacy technician not a substance abuse officer. Your ONLY job is to fill the prescription called in by a doctor and give it to whomever is picking it up. So Crystal act your age and your wage and do not ever be disrespectful to customers again ❤️

I'm having my LAST Rx filled here. Every dog gets one bite. I've given more than that and I'm done. IF you want your Rx in a timely manner and to be treated like you matter, go any place else. At 1:15: they have to go to lunch and can't fill an urgent care Rx. I "can come back at 2:30 when ..." Customer / Patient can be inconvenienced by waiting over an hour to get their meds. Hum ...I highly recommend Erics! They aren't open on Sunday, so I mistakenly took a chance. SHAMEFUL!

Turnover of pharmacy techs at this place is so high because it doesn’t pay enough. One decided it would be cute to gossip all over town about my medical records. But since I can’t prove it, I guess I’m out of luck.

Just left after being a customer for many years I was told by Sue in the pharmacy that she did not have time to look on her computer & find a Walgreens that had my medication in stock! I have asked the pharmacist the last few months to help me since they are always out with no problem til today!

Begrudging customer service! What a song and dance over giving me half price for an item for the only bottle of vitamins when it was buy one get one free. In all my 50 years of shopping at Walgreens, first time ever experiencing such rude customer service. Posting for friend Kathy.

This is a nice store as far as Walgreen's go. Friendly service, clean, well stocked. Pharmacy has good hours. Only complaint is the large amount of trash that is always in the back/ side parking lot and in the trees. Need a better system.

Kim seems to be a troubled employee. Creates a negative environment for customers. I’ll stick to going to the other drugstore in town.

Kim, in the photo department, is why I refuse to go into this Walgreens now. Very rude and will lie about having your pictures just to save herself the time from going through the pickup box. She exudes unhappiness and takes it out on not only you, but also the photos.
