I can’t give a 0 star review. These people don’t even bother to have a look at the places they rent. Even when there’s a cleaning fee, and you have to leave everything set up for the housekeeping team ready: bedsheets out, towels out, doing the dishes and place them back, and so. These people don’t even take a look around the properties after the cleaning staff left. There’s dirt all over the place from ages ago! Spider webs so tight that they are black on top of each other. Don’t pick up anything from under the beds, you will end up removing so much dirt that everything will turn out a mess.The solution when I went to the office was sending someone to clean. I declined the offer because if they started to clean from the fans down until they got under the beds, all my things would end up filthy. The smell inside the unit is disgusting, mainly for the grease burnt and aged on the stove.The blinds are broken. The windows can’t be open due to the dust from more than a year hanging there.NOT WORTH AT ALLMUCH UNPLEASANT STAYCHOOSE SOMEWHERE ELSE

1. House wasn’t clean on arrival;2. Beds were not made: top sheetswere thrown underneath top bedspread in a ball and the bedspreads were on upside down; pillows and mattress’s are in need to be replaced - very uncomfortable;3. No kitchen hand towels;4. No extra blankets or covers;5. No throw rugs in bathrooms to get out of shower;6. Rug filthy in LR and needs replaced;7. Wicker chair in LR broke;8. Kitchen not properly equipped;9. Oven drawer is not functional;10. No vacuum or mop to clean;11. No stoppers in 3 out of 4 of the bathroom tubs to give kids a bath;12. No grill.When I called to complain, they “made note” when a percentage of refund should have been offered for the limited amenities that we should have rec’d.We paid for a house that didn’t give us what we paid for!

A amazing day an angel appeared to help us ..she cleans the rooms here.her name is Bella.she is worth more than she is paid....we had dropped our car keys in between the front seats of our car.after trying for over 30 minutes no luck.Bella showed up.and with her little hand got our car keys out.God bless this girl.she was A God send.

I love going to Sunset Beach!! It is peaceful, relaxing & friendly. There's a store just across the street; there's 2 coffee shops within walking distance; there's a general store just across the street; there's a swimming pool; there are game boards, Grills to use and right across the street from the beach.

Staff could be friendlier and more accommodating. Room was not ready after long trip and was left uncleaned in most areas when we did get in, looked like all that was done was changing beds,, previous tenants laundry and linens left on floor in unit as well as some articles of clothing . Nit a good look

The condo we have was not cleaned well. A soda can and cup was left on an end table and some of the cups were dirty.

Loved our room. It became a bit noisy when a child began riding a scooter on the balcony upstairs. They should really put people with children on the bottom floor.So didn't get to sleep in on our vacation due to this. Everything else was great. I love sunset beach.

Stayed at one of Sloane's properties on Sunset Beach recently. The property was in a state of disrepair and clearly hadn't been properly cleaned or maintained for years. There was trash behind and under furniture, food crumbs all over beds. The carpets were filthy and showers covered in mold and mildew. Discovered water leaking from shower upstairs into kitchen light during our stay. Broken fridge and dishwasher parts. Missing screening on porch and deck was in state of disrepair including missing tread on stairwell. Broken door handle at entrance so getting into the house was very difficult. Reported it at beginning of our stay and never got a response. Also sent an email at end of stay with all the repair items listed above and never received a response. Not sure if they are fully to be blamed or the owner of the house. Regardless they should have responded and in my opinion, drop that house from the rental program.

Poor customer service. Rented a beachfront house from them for $12K. They called the day before check in to inform us that the hot tub was not working and the part was back ordered. We asked that the owner make some concession due to this. They said there was nothing they could do and refused to contact the owner. We asked to speak to the manager of Sloane and was informed that we were speaking to the manager. Very unprofessional and discourteous manager. If you have a choice, rent from a different company.
