“It is wild to say this, but this is the best ABC Liquor Store around. I have stopped in while going to Myrtle Beach, but also been to their Bourbon allotted events and it is always so well organized. Not to mention the manager is one of the kindest humans you will ever meet. My husband is a big bourbon fan so he has encountered all sorts of ABC workers and many a times, for whatever reason, the Bourbon fans are just not their jam and they often times are rude to them, but not here at Shallotte. They do lotteries for their bourbon, and did a drawing also in person. Overall, this place is newer, has a great selection, and really understand the meaning of southern hospitality.”

“I use a Zippo lighter. No one seems to use them anymore. I went to 3 different places to get flint for my lighters. This store is:1. Close to home. Less than 3/4 of a mile. Vices had not only flint, but they carry butane for some of my other lighters. The lady that helped me was very helpful and kind. I'll go no other place, not that I could find what I need any place else.”

“I love Lowe's Food Store ! I shop at two different locations one being Ocean Isle Beach, NC and the other Little River, SC. Both stores are very well stocked and clean. Associates and staff are very friendly and very helpful. I love the Little River location on Wednesday senior citizens get 5% off the grocery bill unfortunately Ocean Isle Beach does not honor the senior citizens on Wednesday! I also earn five s*** off every hundred I spend for gas which I purchase in Little River at their Lowes Food gas station very convenient!”

He went all the way down to the Costco liquor store in NM with no luck and stopped at 2 other stores on the way back north to NMB, also with no luck.He was very happy to find a "special" bottle here - Glenfiddich 19-year oak bourbon barrel aged single malt.”

“Well stocked ABC store. I came to the store on a July 4th weekend, so it was extremely busy. But there was plenty of staff available, all very helpful with assisting people to find the beverage they were looking for. The staff was also extremely efficient with keeping the check out line moving.”
