I want to publicly thank Veronica at Island Breeze for helping me and my 90yr old mother for all the assistance today . Veronica was incredibly kind and gentle with helping my Mom pick out clothes and helpng her try them all on. My parents have lived in Sunset Beach for 27years and have been frequent customers at Island Breeze and my Mom wanted to go there one last time before she moves back to MD. The clothes selected were beautiful and comfortable and all fit beautifully well. . Veronica was incredible and I really appreciated her and the whole experience was amazing

I use to enjoy visiting this shop but was totally disappointed upon my last visit. It is a glitzy place for old ladies and Northerners! The clothes are not selected for beach wear but for evening, church, teas, and club showy events! I will find my clothes to enjoy elsewhere and know better than to stop there!

Went in there several days ago. At least 3 clerks in there. Took at least 10 minutes for one to speak to me and then walked away. All three were hovering over a lady who obviously they knew and shops there.No one came back to talk to me again or knowledge me. They had some cute things in there and I would've bought some things had the service been better. Not sure I'll go back.

Unfriendly ownership of this store. Disrespectful of local residents and past customer. There are nicer shops over the bridge. And also in Calabash.

1:30 Wednesday afternoon. Ladies working there (shirt dark hair and the other one short grayish hair) walked by me multiple time and never acknowledged my existence. Not even a smile. I used to shop here frequently. Not anymore! Ladies, you need to get over yourselves! One lady working on the other side of the store did at least smile and ask me how I was doing.

Island breeze used be classically southern. Now the clothing looks NY touristy. Disappointed in the change.
