My girlfriend left her wallet in this store and the workers went completely out of their way to make sure we received her wallet. We were from out of town visiting a family friend and she’s 6 months pregnant so she didn’t even realize she lost it (you know pregnancy brain lol). Thank you to Ryan for making sure it was turned into the police and helped us get it back. Everything was left in the wallet and all money was there. Again thank you so so much.

I love this store! Staff is so nice and have offered help to customers many times! Shocked to see such bad reviews because this place is awesome and I wont go anywhere else for beach wear!!

Do not go here. They won’t even let kids (seven year old) go to the bathroom when it was an emergency. My kid had to go pee outside. Then they laughed and said “there are signs posted.” My son is biracial. They said it was because people steal. No one wants your cheap from china product. Overall, nasty rude people.

Rude staff. Don't give them business. They snickered and laughed as they told me my seven year old could not use their bathroom. That's fine but no need to be rude and I felt like they were being rude and nasty because my son was clearly not white.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY THE UMBRELLAS. This store is a high-prices tourist trap, and while I cannot speak on the quality of their clothing, accessories, and souvenirs, I can confirm that the quality of their beach gear is horrible. They are selling dollar store product at a ridiculous price. We paid $70 for an umbrella and stake, and thought that for the price it would be decent quality but we were so so so wrong. The umbrella CRUMBLED after its SECOND usage against the normal winds at Sunset Beach. Buying from this store was a huge regret because not only could we not be refunded, no exchange or any any effort would be made to make the situation right/better for us. Save your money and buy beach gear (and any products) from a store that will have better quality and better customer service. Wish I could give zero stars.

The manager is very patient and caring. Our car broke down on Friday in their parking lot. We are from out of town and couldn't get it moved until Monday and he was so cool about it. And they also have lots of cool stuff in there as well.
