The service here is always a delight and they truly have the best shoe selection of any children’s boutique I’ve been to. Recently, I was in town shopping for shoes without my children there and Ann helped me every step of the way. She went above and beyond to help me exchange the ones that didn’t fit even after I had traveled home. If you need to find a pair of shoes that really fit your child’s feet, this is the place! And of course, their clothing, accessories, and gifts are always adorable. We never walk out empty handed! I highly recommend stopping in!”

“Dollar Day Sale!?! I went in expecting it to be chaotic and the staff to be exasperated from over eager customers. What I got was completely the opposite. The clearance was well marked and organized, the atmosphere was very pleasant, the lines were brief despite the large number of items people purchased and the staff was so nice and helpful! I just wanted to share my experience as appreciation to them! Thanks for a great morning out, not to mention my savings!!!!!!”
“Great store great employees. They always work hard to help my girlfriend find the right shoes. They have a large amount of brands to choose from and a lot of different styles. The on sneaker selection is the best I have ever seen. We went in recently to buy on sneakers and had to switch sizes out. They helped us even after the return deadline had passed. Best show store in North Carolina. Hands down. Highly reccomend.”

“My sister in Boston sent me a pair of Birkenstocks for my birthday. They were the wrong size and I did not have a receipt. I stopped into the Friendly Center store to inquire about exchanges. The lady working was so very helpful and was able to exchange my shoes for the right size. No hassle at all...and she was extremely kind.”

“I still like Macy's. The local store is now Macy's Backstage. Overall, not much has changed. Selections not quite the same in some areas, but, I still like shopping at Macy's. Fewer store clerks which makes finding items and checking out a little longer, but, I still like Macy's and continue to shop there.”
“This is the smallest Rack Room that I have ever seen, but I had a good shopping experience there. It was very neat and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Because of its size, they can't stock everything for everyone. The selection of men's and women's dress shoes was limited, but we still found shoes that suited us. There seemed to be a broad selection of athletic footwear.”

“I highly recommend Fleet Feet for knowledgeable and friendly staff and a good selection of running shoes. They scan your feet which analyzes your shoe size, arch and width. Then they recommend the right shoe for your foot. They were patient to answer all our questions.”
