The service provided by Jason went above and beyond. I called about a three-wheel scooter. Although there weren’t any available at this location, Jason called 2 other Dove locations to see if there was a scooter available. We found a 4-wheel scooter at the Madison location. Jason was efficient, easy to talk with, understood the issue I had and quickly found a solution. So appreciate of Jason and the Dove Medical Supply Summerfield location.

Friendly and accommodating. There is a good variety. The only negative which doesn’t have anything to do with the staff. I wanted to purchase a desk top nebulizer to replace one. I was told I needed a prescription. Other than that I’m satisfied with Dove Medical.

One of the best places I've ever shopped in any line of business. Robyn (robin?) is so kind, helpful, and informative. I've shopped there a few times over the past year, and she remembers me and my family every time I come in. They also have a great selection of medical supplies and equipment, and will order anything they're out of. If you need anything for a disabled loved one, this is by far the best place to go.... We reserved a rental knee scooter and when we arrived there was confusion among the staff. They said the person who made the reservation for us wasn't there. Why would that be an issue? Then they checked and told us that the knee scooter had been given to "Gopher" because he needed it. We then had to drive twenty minutes to the Greensboro branch to get our knee scooter. Disappointing.

Terrible neighbor to adjacent businesses. Owner was flat-out rude and dismissive when met with concerns from customers. Pricey and mean. Avoid at all costs.

We purchased a new Medline deluxe walker today for my grandmother. We experienced great customer service, and they even offered to put it together for me. They have a great selection and we will definitely return. It's a great quality walker, with a lifetime warranty!
