“BANK OF OAK RIDGEBrent Schroyer: I simply cannot say enough. Brent takes care of all my insurance needs. He reviews my policies every year to get me the best possible deal for my current situation in life. He even spoke with my two daughters right before they started driving. Sometimes the “talk” means more coming from someone you really don’t know more than from a parent. He’s responsive and he really cares about his clients.All the staff that I’ve dealt with are exceptional; but I must give a shout out to Chastity Spofford, another fan fav!! She is exceptional at what she does.My most recent experience with THE bank of Oak Ridge, left me saying to my wife as I was walking out, “you know the service at the Bank of Oak Ridge is exceptional.” Sonia Torres appeared that she was pressed for time, as if she had an appointment to make, but realized we had been waiting, only for a short amount of time, but we were still waiting for help. She could have easily just walked out the door, but approached us, and stayed to help. It was greatly appreciated!All the best to everyone there!”

We switched all of our banking business over after we financed a work truck through Bank of Oak Ridge. The process was pain free and enjoyable. Abby O. has been such a pleasure to work with. She handled all of our needs with professionalism and kindness. She understood that this is our lively hood and how important it was to get everything transferred quickly without becoming too much of a stress. “I recently referred my wife to First Citizens Bank on Market Street. Ashley Foster and her team took great care of her. After having horrible experiences with Truist Bank, my wife was skeptical. First, Ashley talked to her on the phone, going over what were my wifes expectations from the bank. Then Ashley took the time to share her personal background in banking and what my wife could expect from her personally.My wife went in and they spent two hours working with her to help her set up all the accounts she was moving over from the other bank. It has been over a month now and she still tells me how happy she was with the amazing service she received from Ashley and her team.”

Lois and a coworker (didn’t get her name) helped me out by looking up info about sending a check to the IRS, and without my asking - included an envelope for each cashier’s check I had to get. Lois was incredibly kind and helpful, with a warm smile that made my day brighter. The other lady that helped with the IRS info was very friendly and helpful as well! 10/10 recommend, these folks are the best!”
“I stopped by here around 2:05pm on Friday afternoon to withdraw some money from the ATM. It was a holiday so the bank itself was closed. They have 3 ATM machines, which is great. You're able to simply tap your card or use Apple wallet to authorize the ATM. The process is super easy.No complaints.”

Elm St staff is always kind and knowledgeable with good customer service. I've been with 1st Citizens for many years and never once had a negative experience. “I've been banking here almost a decade; since back when they were New Bridge Bank. I've always enjoyed the friendly service, and the accuracy and efficiency of this branch. I do wish they were open weekends, but it's not a huge deal; especially with the 24 hour ATM and online services First National provides.Plus, it's a good setup spot for Goodwill each weekend.Also, this branch does not have a coinstar machine; so if you're bringing in change, the coins need to be rolled.”

“I stopped by here at 2:25pm on a Monday afternoon to deposit a check. This location is close to my house so I come here a moderate amount and typically use the ATM to deposit or withdraw money. Inside, there were 2 tellers inside that were occupied and 2 people in front of me. I thought it’d be quicker than the drive through, but the drive through probably would’ve been the better choice because the people inside and ahead of me were doing actual banking stuff and not something quick like depositing or withdrawing, lol. I waited in line for 10 minutes before it was my turn. Shanaera was the bank teller who assisted me. She was finished and I completed my transaction fairly quickly. When I left out, the drive thru line was completely empty.”
