This review is for a particular sales person at they Verizon store in Banner Elk, NC. Gabriel S. went above and beyond in customer service. He is truly a great person who cares about his customers. I went into the Banner elk store today to upgrade my phone. Gabriel was the only one working today due to staff shortages. He handled it like a pro!
